 How does a scooter work.?                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                           A scooter works by a person standing on the deck of the scooter with one foot on the deck and the other on the ground. The person uses the foot that is on the ground to push.When they push the scooter moves because... the bearings help the wheels spin around and the forks keep the wheels in place. The brake works by the person pushing on it the wheel stops moving with their foot.
